why you must know your human design

Every day I get questions of what Human Design is. Most people often mistake it for astrology. They ask things such as, “so it’s like Co-Star” or “The Pattern”. I get comments, too, saying it’s like tarot card reading, palm reading, or any other fortune-telling tool that leaves most people skeptical and resistant.

As a Human Design reader, it’s not about predicting the future for you, nor giving you your daily horoscope. It’s about the inner workings of who you are intrinsically and how you should be living your life according to your design.

most of us are not living according to who we are supposed to be. Ever since we were kids, we’ve been conditioned by society, social systems, circles, and others on who we should be or how we should live our lives. It’s as if there’s this one-size-fits-all formula on how to achieve success and happiness. Case in point, taking on jobs that pay and are secure, but are not aligned with our true interests and passions. We may get that shiny paycheck and external validation, but it will also manifest in the form of stress, frustration, bitterness, all the things that leave you exhausted. This paradigm not only leaves you dead inside but is also very limiting to your true power.

What human design proposes is that we’re all designed to navigate the world differently: the way you achieve success is different from how others achieve success, and what’s energetically correct for you may be energetically incorrect for others. In a sense, your human design chart is your user manual on how to move through life.

By knowing the intricacies of your chart, you will be able to know how you are supposed to be exchanging energy with the world to enhance your life experience, navigate life more effortlessly and make better decisions in line with what’s authentic to you. If we’re able to lean into our respective designs, give ourselves the licensing to be who we truly are, and use the tools provided by this system, we’ll see that our lives improve tenfold and that we feel much lighter, even with the smallest of changes. If you suffer from a lack of self-love or clarity about your purpose or the direction of your life, knowing and living your human design will help.

Of all the charts I’ve read so far, there hasn’t been anyone who did not resonate with theirs and felt more in touch with themselves. However, in the end, it is still called the “Human Design Experiment”. You have the liberty to test the tools provided and see what works and doesn’t work. If you have an interest in Human Design at all or feel called to know more, feel free to message me.
