How to Stop Aging
You want to stop aging? Stop counting how old you are.
Nothing in the physical world is real. It is a hologram of your inner world shaped by the beliefs you hold. Every limitation you perceive—age, decay, and the slow dimming of vitality—only exists because you believe it does.
Time, therefore, is also an illusion. It's a way of making sense of something that, at its core, has no end. And yet, we've built entire rituals around it, chief among them birthdays. Every year, we're reminded that we are older and that our time in this world is limited. Each year that passes is a year closer to death. We mark it with candles, numbers, and celebrations that reinforce the idea that you are running out of something. That you are, in some measurable way, less than you were.
But how can you be less than if you are an infinite being? In your essence, you are not your body or your mind. You are your Soul. You are something more vast and incomprehensible that the mind can't even grasp what that means. Birthdays suggest that only one day a year deserves celebration. Only one day out of 365 can you feel seen, honored, and made special.
If time doesn't exist, isn't every moment already special? Isn't the breath itself a miracle? Isn't existence alone enough reason to celebrate?
Birthdays are just another day. It isn't any less beautiful than today, yesterday, or the unremarkable Tuesday three weeks from now. You are not 20, 35, or 40. You are an ageless God. Stop keeping score and start living like there's no tomorrow... because there is none!
