my first piano recital

I was twenty-eight years old when I played my first piano recital. By then, I had already worked at a beach resort, taught yoga, read natal charts, studied the occult, pursued impossible romances, and survived several existential crises. Learning the piano seemed like the next logical step.
My first lesson was in June 2023. Seven months later, I performed online alongside children aged six to fourteen. I guess some beginnings arrive later than others.
